Chris Powell Shoulder Workout

Chris Powell was already “in shape” before Extreme Makeover but he definitely hit the weight room before the show started. To work on getting the toned shoulders, try this shoulder workout. It hits the side, top, front, and back of the shoulder. Make sure before you do this workout you have properly warmed up and stretched the shoulder muscles.

  • Dumbell Shoulder Press: 4 sets, 8-10 reps
  • Alternating Internal/External Shoulder Rotations: 2 sets each, 8-10 reps
  • Alternating Front/Lateral Raises (standing on Bosu Ball): 3 sets each, 8-10 reps
  • Shoulder shrugs: 3 sets, 8-10 reps
  • Upright Row (standing on the Bosu Ball): 3 sets, 8-10 reps
  • Read Delt Fly: 3 sets, 8-10 reps

Mix this workout in with your standard routine for a really thorough shoulder workout! It’s a killer but it gets the job done!
