What is Chris Powell’s Diet?

Here is a diet similar to one Chris would recommend to someone looking to lose wieght:

* Breakfast: 2 eggs, avocado, small quantity of lean meat, and 1 cup of oatmeal
* Snacks: a protein bar
* Lunch: tuna wrap or chicken salad
* Snacks: apple (or other fresh fruit)
* Dinner: broiled fish or chicken, brown rice and vegetables

He subsidized this by drinking plenty of water! The diet he followed was at a 40-40-20 which meant he would eat 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fats. Getting the proper fats can be difficult, but Chris is a genius with his workouts and diets – even taking flaxseed oil in order to get the proper type of fats into his body.
